Hi all, welcome to our new blog!
We will be updating this blog with photos and stories from our adventures in South America. We will be flying to Lima on the 6th of October and will spend a few days exploring there before moving on to Pisco, where we will begin our month of volunteering with an earthquake relief organisation called Pisco Sin Fronteras (see link below). Pisco is still recovering from a devastating earthquake in 2007 which killed 600 people. Hopefully our vast array of DIY skills will come in handy, although when it comes to DIY, I suspect we may be able to learn more from our new friends than they will from us!
